Do your body and mind need a wake-up after the holidays? Join Adamas’ taekwondo sport trial on Tuesday, February 3rd from 5-7 PM at Liikuntakeskus Alfa!
During the trial you’ll get your body and mind moving while learning the basics of taekwondo. The trial costs 3€ and spots are available for the first 20 participants. All you need is sportswear, a water bottle and a positive training spirit!
